Remploy Electronics has developed two highly flexible printed circuit board assembly facilities – one at our headquarters in Barking, Essex and the other in Bolton, Lancashire – each boasting a proven track record in manual printed circuit board assembly, automatic insertion of conventional through hole and sophisticated surface mount work.

Using state-of-the-art equipment, we can offer assembly of single or multi-layer boards in high density down to 0201 and smaller, BGA, micro BGA, CSP and flip chips, whilst still providing conventional through hole assembly or a mixture of both, in single or double sided placement and insertion. Our test capabilities include in-circuit, fully functional, boundary scan, AOI, EMC and flying probe.
